1.Why do I need an Adobe ID for my mobile device?
Your Adobe ID protects publishers' rights to copyrighted content by confirming that only one person is using the title at a time. It also works to count down your checkout period.
2. I can't find the book on my Nook. Where did it go?
Nook users sometimes have to look in the My Files or My Documents folders to find Overdrive ebooks. They do not appear in the My Books folder.
3. Why are my books opening in my Sony Reader software instead of Adobe Digital Editions?
The Sony software has been designated as the default software for opening ePub files. You need to change the file type association in Windows and download the item again.
