Instructions

Kids: You get 3 punch cards: Level 1, Level 2 and Grand Prize. Begin reading on June 2 and color a symbol on the Level 1 punch card for each book or 30 minutes read, (children who cannot read can have books read to them). Once you have colored in all the symbols on the Level 1punch card, bring it in and redeem it for a prize. Continue reading for your Level 2 and Grand Prize punch cards. If you complete all your punch cards and want to continue reading, download or ask for more Grand Prize punch cards. Complete as many Grand Prize punch cards as you desire.

Teens: Beginning June 2, complete the activities on the Level 1 punch card. Cross out a symbol for each activity completed. When all ten symbols are crossed out, write your name and phone number on the back, return it to the library and redeem it for a prize. To earn more prizes, continue on to the Level 2 and 3 punch cards. After you have submitted punch cards for Levels 1-3, you can pick up or download a Grand Prize punch card to become eligible for a Grand Prize drawing at summer's end. Complete as many Grand Prize punch cards as you desire.

Adults: Beginning June 2, complete any or all of the actvities on the punch card. Cross out a symbol for each activity completed. When all ten symbols are punched, write your name and phone number on the back and return it to the library to be entered into a weekly drawing and become eligible for a Grand Prize drawing at summer's end. Complete as many punch cards as you desire.
